I declare to be authorized by the above production company to lend the print/Beta tape and preview DVD to the festival.
I assure that the information above is correct and I agree to the regulations published at www.aarhusfilmfestival.dk.
I commit to lend the film to AARHUS FILMFESTIVAL for up to 2 screenings between November 10-14 in Aarhus.
I commit to send the film (marked: "for cultural purpose only - no commercial value") in time for it to be received by AARHUS FILMFESTIVAL at the latest November 1st (later entries can be agreed upon in special cases).
I commit to refrain from withdrawing the film from the festival.
